How long does it take to process my order?

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. Most shipments will take about 20 working days after deposit.

Can I request free samples?

Sure. We can send you samples and the cost of the sample is free.

What are the payment terms you can accept?

Generally, 30% in advance and 70% after receiving the copy of B/L.
